RTV Review:

RTV CONEY GREEN – CARL O’CONNOR

Hi everybody,

Big Thanks to Martin and Tom for laying out some fun sections, and it was nice to see we are keeping the current trend of good turn outs for out RTV event.

Considering we were in the middle of February the weather was very kind to us, this helped to keep some of the winning scores nice and low. It was also nice to keep the cars moderately clean also after the mud of Avon Dassett and Aston Cantlow back to back.

I think we can all agree the stages were interesting, I seem to remember being caught out on 1 particular stage when I forgot my sat nav (quite embarrassing considering I had a navigator) – Section 6 if I remember rightly.

I think a special mention has to be made to thank The Beach Boys, because without there help I would not have managed to complete section 2 (I’m sure those present will remember).

Lets Hope we can keep up our good turn outs and fun events for the rest of 2007 and I will see everybody at Pave Lane for our next meeting.
