Please remember at all times that Eastnor Estate is very sensitive ground.

1. Please park your vehicle facing down the slope.
2. Main grass areas are out of bounds.
3. Do not use vehicles unnecessarily. Please do not use them to drive to water or sanitation.
4. Tread lightly in all areas.
5. Spectators may drive to the parking areas only. They must not drive to the trials areas.

Anyone failing to comply with any of the above will be asked to leave the estate.

We have a large number of groups to accommodate the many drivers entered in this year’s event.

To make things run smoothly, we need as many marshals as possible. Each marshal signing on (up to
the numbers required) will receive:

• A free lunch
• A small memento of the event.

Please bring all your friends to help and sign on at the Trials Control.

• MROC Passenger Regulations. Please be advised that the following regulations were previously attributed to the MSA in error for which the MROC apologise.
• Competition vehicles to carry only signed-on Competitors and Marshals. All passengers in competition vehicles must be seated.
• Non-signed on people can travel only in Marshals’ vehicles. Each group will be restricted to three Marshals’ vehicles plus one Group Leading vehicle. This, therefore, means that any team wishing to take non-competitors must provide a Marshal and a suitable vehicle.
• The restriction on vehicles will be based on first come first served basis at Marshals’ signing on.
