Midland Rover Owners Club

Midland Rover Owners Club (MROC) is a club of Land Rover owners and enthusiasts in the West Midlands region of England, UK.

We're typically out and about monthly, competing via off-road RTV or CCV trials or socialising via camping & caravan meets, Pub meets or Green Laning.

See Our Club for more info about the Club.

In addition to this website we have a Facebook page for general chat etc

(Events info. further down !)

Baden Hall RTV & CCV Trials : We had 4 CCV drivers, but only 1 RTV driver at the Staffs & Shrops trials on the Saturday of the May Day Bank Holiday weekend. The CCV was well attended - requiring 3 separate groups for the mix of ALRC & non ALRC cars. 12 great sections & great weather ! RTV attendance was unfortunately down on numbers compared to past years, but all of us there enjoyed the 10 great sections. Glyn Phillips was top MROC CCV driver & Paul Muir top MROC RTV driver. Results will be on the Staffs & Shrops website in the coming days.

Easter at Eastnor : We had good turnouts for each of trials (3 groups required for CCV & 2 for RTV !), lots on the camp site & great weather ! Many thanks to to the many Club members involved in laying out & running the trials and activities in the camp site !
Results are now on the Trialling Results page
Well done to CCV Class Winners Hamish Grundy & Jake Jepps, RTV Class Winners Alex Garton, Nat Hale, Keith Wooldridge & Mark Lake & Timed Trial winner Jake Jepps.

ALRC Rule Changes - CCV Q Class : For info., the ALRC has reinstated Q Class for CCV trials (as well as RTV), in addition to clarifying rules about noise & smoke.

Coney Green Trials : Good turnout of RTV & CCV drivers on Sunday 13th for MROC's first trial of the year. We escaped just before the heavens opened, but the ground was very greasy in places from previous days rain!
Thanks to the layers out & visitors from CCROC & S&SLRC. Results are here - on the Trialling, League Results page.

The Membership webpage has been changed to hopefully make information clearer.
Let us know if you have problems joining as a New Member or Renewing existing membership.

Fire Extinguishers : We've added some info to clarify the current rules here
